Graduated from Harvard University with a Master degree of Public Administration.He joined Dacheng Fund in November 2014, and has been the Deputy General Manager of the Company since January 2015 and the Chief Executive Officer of Da Cheng International Asset Management Co., Ltd. since August 2019.

Holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Hong Kong and is the Director of the Investment Management Department, Fund Manager of Da Cheng International SFC authorized fund and Social Security Overseas Placement Discretionary Account. The SFC authorized fund managed by the department, Da Cheng China Balanced Fund, has won numerous awards both domestically and internationally.

Ruby Yan is the Head of Product and Marketing Department at Da Cheng International Asset Management Co., Ltd, where she is responsible for product solution, retail and institutional sales and Marketing of the cross boarder and international business. With over 15 years of experiences in the industry, Ruby held different positions since she joined Da Cheng in 2010, including Operations Supervisor, Senior Product Manager and Product Supervisor and Deputy Head of Product and Marketing.

Holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Hong Kong, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. She has over 15 years of experience in compliance and risk control theory and practice, and has served as different roles including Director and Managing Director of the Legal & Compliance Department at Dacheng International Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Master of Organizational and Behavioral Science, University of Hong Kong. Since 2002, she has served as secretary of the Investment Committee, secretary of the Investment Department, department risk controller, and information manager of the Research Department at Dacheng Fund. Since 2017, she has been the director of the Operations Support Department at Dacheng International, responsible for managing the company's back-office operations and related businesses.

PhD in Finance from the University of Hong Kong. Before joining Dacheng, he worked as a strategist in Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets at Morgan Stanley for 8 years and specialized in quantitative strategy research in the Asia Pacific region, with rich investment experience in macro research and global broad asset allocation. He has taught at the University of Hong Kong Business School and served as a Co-Researcher at the Sloan School of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the U.S. His research paper was honored with the only First Prize at the 2006 Annual Meeting of the China Society of International Finance. Park Yang is currently the only individual to have won the Overseas Golden Bull Award four times. has served as the investment manager of the first batch of Hong Kong Stock Connect Entrusted Special Accounts of the National Social Security Fund since 2018.

Master of Science in Finance from the University of Hong Kong. He used to work for American Express Bank and China Merchants Capital, responsible for asset management and research. He currently manages the Da Cheng China Balanced Fund, a public equity fund, with excellent performance and has repeatedly won a number of prestigious institutional awards, reflecting consistently excellent short/medium/long-term investment capabilities.

Master of Global Political Economy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, with 11 years of experience, is currently the fund manager of Da Cheng Overseas China Concept Fund. He has served as a senior researcher and researcher in Da Cheng International Research Department and investment manager of Ocean Equity Partners.

Holds a Master of Economics from The University of Hong Kong and a Master of Information Technology from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. As Head of Trading & Portfolio Manager (Offshore Fixed Income) at Da Cheng International，he leads credit and interest rate strategies across global markets, specializing in: Money market investments, Offshore credit portfolios, Macro-driven rate strategies. Proficient in utilizing global fixed income instruments and FX tools, Mr. Zhang consistently identifies and executes cross-border opportunities to deliver optimized risk-adjusted returns.
